Now just one damn minute. Why the hell is that cop messing with poor Steve? I mean, doesnt a guy have a right to use whatever wheels he has to get to the store and get some beer? I mean, they dont give any shit to those idiots riding mopeds at 30 God Damn Miles an hour on busy streets holding up traffic and just making a general nuisance of themselves, now do they? And what about all those fags on their fancy bikes with their skin tight suits and goofy helmets riding in the middle of the road?
