We meant to get to our feelings on Cameron Diaz a week or so ago but got a little sidetracked trying to decide whether or not we’d bang Kathie Lee Gifford (hint: we would). Here’s one of the recent GQ photos of Cameron that prompted this rant (click here for more if you can’t contain you’re crippling erection).

There’s no denying this picture. Cameron looks good. Best we’ve seen her in a decade. There’s also no denying the modern miracles known as airbrushing and photoshop, not to mention the wonders done by a profile shot. You see, the thing is, Cameron Diaz actually looks like this. Yeah.

Was she hot ten years ago? Sure, no denying. Has time been unkind? You betcha. Is our number one issue with Timberlake the fact that he let this chick stick around for as long as he did when he could have bagged any other tail on the planet? Bingo.

Look, we’re all adults here. Let’s drop the charade. The world we want to live in is a world where magazines, movie studios, and Cameron Diaz’s PR term don’t waste our time trying to convince us that Cameron Diaz is hot. She’s simply not. Does she have nice legs? Maybe. Hard to say for all the airbrushing. We would be much more inclined however to sign on for a story outlining how Cameron’s legs are defying age while the rest of her most certainly isn’t. But that’s about it.

And while we’re at it, we’d like to preemptively ask that no one tries to convince us that Cameron’s new movie with Ashton Kutcher isn’t going to be the worst movie ever made EVER either. Because it is. To suggest otherwise is an insult.
