This inspirational story comes via our clever friends from across the pond and involves a group of geniuses holding auditions for a “comedy” series that was really just a big ploy to get actresses to audition for a porno. Some of our favorite excerpts from the Telegraph report include:

“They said they had been made to believe they were auditioning for a Little Britain-style comedy series…Instead they were shown erotic films as examples of the kind of films that the production firm, UK Comedy Export, had made.”

And

“One unnamed actress, who spoke to The Stage newspaper, said: ‘In my mind, it was hardcore pornography. To say this is comedy is just ludicrous. This would not be aired on any terrestrial channel.’”

AND

“A third source revealed that the women were warned that they should not audition for the production if they wished to get involved in children’s TV in the future.”

These chicks need to lighten up. If they didn’t get the picture after the children’s TV line then they’re probably unknowingly in a sex tape or two floating around the world wide web anyway.

We just love the angle these dudes were trying to exploit. You know, nine out of every ten chicks we try to pull this on will probably storm out disgusted. But the one who doesn’t…
