There’s kicking it old school and then there’s attempting to defy physics. This was the latter. Next time this guy decides he wants to keep it real with his exercise routine we suggests he hit up neighborhood yard sales for one of those leather medicine balls with the shoelaces hanging out. Those things are boss.
