For the Toronto Fun Guide the city decided it would be a good idea to superimpose a black dude on the cover in order to make fun in Toronto (?) seem more inclusive. Talk about your all time Canadian backfires.
You would think they could have at least splurged on someone with a Graphic Design degree instead of going with Costanza’s photoshop guy.
